Heavy-Duty Roll-Off Containers & Trailers for Construction and Demolition Projects
Construction and demolition sites generate some of the most demanding debris loads in any industry. Concrete, rebar, masonry, roofing materials, and mixed waste do not belong in containers that were not built to handle them. At Evolution Welding & Fabrication, we manufacture roll-off containers for construction and demolition operations of every scale, from compact 7-yard units for interior renovation projects to 50-yard heavy-duty containers built for full site clearance. Every unit is fabricated in-house at our 35,000 sq ft facility in Opa-locka, Florida, giving you factory-direct quality with no middlemen involved.
We are not a reseller. Every container and trailer that leaves our 35,000 sq ft facility in Opa-locka, Florida, is fabricated in-house, giving you factory-direct quality and pricing that middlemen simply cannot match.
Why Construction and Demolition Contractors Need Purpose-Built Containers
What Happens When Containers Are Not Built for the Load
Floor failures, bent rails, and structural damage are not just inconveniences on a job site. They are schedule-killers that cost you time, money, and credibility with general contractors and project owners. A container that cannot hold up to a full load of concrete or demolition debris is a liability, not an asset.
The contractors who work with EWF typically come to us for one of three reasons: they are building a new fleet and want equipment that performs from day one, they are replacing containers that failed too soon, or they are expanding capacity to take on larger commercial and demolition projects.
What C&D Operators Actually Need From Their Equipment
Structural integrity under real-world load conditions, compatibility with existing truck systems, and a manufacturer who delivers on time. Your job sites do not wait and your containers should not either.
EWF Container and Trailer Solutions for Construction and Demolition
Heavy-Duty Roll-Off Containers for Construction Debris
Our roll-off containers are available in rectangular and bathtub configurations from 7 to 50 cubic yards. The Heavy Duty line is built specifically for the weight and abrasion demands of construction and demolition debris, including concrete, brick, mixed demolition waste, and roofing materials.
Two build tiers are available. The Heavy Duty line features 1/4″ floor plates, 3/16″ walls, reinforced corners, and cross members on 12″ centers. The Standard line is engineered for lighter mixed debris and general-purpose construction waste at a more accessible price point.
Construction and demolition is the largest generator of solid waste in the United States, producing more debris annually than municipal solid waste combined.
That volume demands containers that are engineered to perform, not just assembled to a minimum spec.
Hook-Lift Containers for Multi-Site Demolition Operations
Contractors running multiple active job sites need containers that can be repositioned quickly and reliably. Our hook-lift containers are designed for exactly that workflow. Available in Standard and Heavy Duty builds, they are compatible with Texas Pride, Maxx-D, and U-Dump trailer systems, so integration into your existing fleet requires no modifications.
Roll-Off Trailers for Contractors Who Transport Their Own Equipment
Our roll-off trailers give independent operators the ability to haul containers to and from job sites without relying on third-party transport. Available in 14, 16, and 20-foot gooseneck configurations with Honda GX-390 and GX-690 engines, and powered by a 3,000 PSI dual hydraulic ram system, these trailers are built for mechanical reliability on every run.
Steel Construction Standards for the Harshest Job Site Conditions
Floor and Wall Specifications That Handle the Heaviest Loads
The Heavy Duty container line is built with 1/4″ floor plates, 3/16″ walls and door plates, 2x6x1/4″ main rails, and cross members running on 12″ centers with 3/16″ gussets at every point. Reinforced corners resist the racking and structural stress that comes with uneven, heavy debris loads.
The Standard line uses 3/16″ floor plates and 10-gauge walls, still exceeding what many competitors deliver at this price point.
Hardware That Performs on Active Job Sites
Every container includes heavy-duty hinges and latches with grease fittings. The Heavy Duty line adds 8″x10″ ground rollers with grease fittings. Optional upgrades include a ratchet-style latch for added transport security and reinforcement side posts for additional structural support on heavy loads.
Rust Protection Built for Outdoor Job Site Conditions
All containers receive rust-inhibiting primer inside and out before finishing. Standard colors including Red, Black, Safety Yellow, and Battleship Gray ship at no extra cost. Custom color matching is available for contractors who want branded fleet uniformity across every job site.
The Right Container for Every Construction Application
New construction and ground-up builds generate framing waste, drywall, and packaging debris. Standard rectangular containers in the 20 to 30-yard range handle these loads well, and multiple units can be staged simultaneously on larger sites.
Full demolition and site clearance projects involve concrete, brick, and heavy masonry that require the Heavy Duty rectangular line. Capacity units in the 30 to 50-yard range minimize haul frequency on high-volume jobs.
Roofing and exterior renovation contractors benefit from the bathtub configuration, which allows easier ground-level loading of shingles, underlayment, and wood decking. The 10 to 20-yard range covers most residential and light commercial roofing jobs.
Interior gut renovations involve lighter mixed debris including drywall, flooring, and fixtures. Standard rectangular containers in the 10 to 20-yard range offer the right capacity without an oversized footprint on constrained job sites.
Branded Containers That Work as Hard as Your Crew
Your containers sit on job sites, driveways, and commercial properties every day. They are visible to property owners, general contractors, and neighboring businesses. Logo options are available in three sizes: 20″x20″, 48″x24″, and 72″x36″. Custom metal serial number nameplates support fleet tracking at $45 per unit. Custom color matching gives your entire fleet a consistent, professional appearance that reinforces your brand on every project.
